While we fully support the new policy, we believe it is important for the industry to have the tools to offer a range of options that can accommodate different client requirements.

As a company, we are committed to being a leader in compliance  as we strive to create Canada’s most inclusive off-market community. The Knokd platform will be changing how it shares listings to ensure compliance to the new policy as of January 3, 2024:

• Listings will only be shared within the listing agent’s brokerage network
• Listing agents will be able to 1-1 share their listing to agents from other brokerages, one at a time
• Coming soon listings, within 72 hours of MLS launch, will be visible platform wide

We believe that by working together with other industry stakeholders, we can continue to promote transparency, inclusivity, and fairness in the real estate market while delivering rich tools for real estate professionals to leverage and build their business around.
