Knokd connects real estate agents and their clients to off-market listings (aka. listings not on, like Coming Soon, Exclusive, Assignment and New Build listings). We’ve had great success locally so far, with over 1,700 off-market properties listed in Ottawa and over 1400 active agents (33% of Ottawa agents) using our product.

With a pre-seed funding round almost closed, we are taking what we’ve built to the rest of North America.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who has previously executed growth initiatives, possibly as an early hire in a dynamic B2B environment, or through their own startup projects and experience. Your track record should showcase your ability to help scale user bases from thousands to tens of thousands and drive revenue.

Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, customer lifecycle management and onboarding funnels is essential. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated by the opportunity to work in a growing startup. With this mindset, you can expect to assume ownership of your projects, and have the opportunity to have a large impact on the direction of the organization.

About the Role

Your key missions for this year will be to use growth tactics to increase revenue (including within existing accounts) as well as increase users/accounts in new markets across Canada.

At first, you will work closely with the founders to identify growth opportunities, craft and test hypotheses, and execute projects framed as scalable experiments. As you gain experience with our product and customer base, and get wins behind you, we expect for you to become a strategic leader within our team.

This is a hybrid role based in Ottawa. Our current setup includes a co-working studio downtown, with plans to open a dedicated office in 2025. While not required daily, your presence will be essential for regular in-person collaborations.
